It's a quiet day with not much to do. Cody Cox is bored so he goes for a walk to see what kind of trouble he can get into. That's when he runs into Steve Waye, equally bored and also looking for trouble. They immediately find themselves with something much more interesting to do than just filling time and hanging out.
